PART TIME GP, BENALLA

Delatite Community Health Services are seeking a part time female GP for their Family Planning and Youth Clinic. The Health Centre is very spacious and modern, with a full backup of nursing, pathology and pharmacy services.

2 GPs, VIOLET TOWN

Set in rural North East Victoria, this small, vibrant and very community orientated town is close to the Hume Highway and the V Line to Melbourne. Violet Town Community Health is seeking:

1. Part time female GP (3 days per week) to undertake both general practice and community & preventative health programs for the township and nearby areas.

A very generous remuneration package is being offered, including free accommodation for the first six months, $30K grossed up salary packaging, 9% superannuation amd a fully serviced motor vehicle. The position will operate from a new fully equipped and computerised surgery that is currently being constructed. Family responsive working environment and flexible hours, ideal for a working GP mother on a three day week basis.

2. Full time GP ( 38 hours)  Six figure salary plus a $30K grossed up salary package and 9% superannuation and a fully serviced motor vehicle are included within the package.

GP, CORRYONG
Total Remuneration Package up to $210,000

Upper Murray Health & Community Services (UMHCS) is seeking an experienced and skilled GP to join our team in providing medical services for the Corryong community and surrounding area, located in North East Victoria. The vacancy will exist from October 2007.

UMHCS includes a well established and progressive three doctor general practice, which is AGPAL accredited, fully computerised and incorporates a full time general practice nurse consultant. The facility provides for procedural work, x-ray, ultrasound, onsite pathology collection and visiting consulting specialists from Albury-Wodonga, (approximately 130 Kms away). A visiting surgeon provides a monthly endoscopy service.

The practice is situated on the same site as Corryong Hospital, which comprises 10 acute beds, a high dependency bed and a small emergency department. Also on campus are a 35 place residential aged care facility and extensive primary health and community support services. The health service also operates a health and fitness centre, a registered training organisation and a small retirement village.

Corryong is the principal town of the Upper Murray Valley located at the foot of the snowy mountains. There are excellent local schools and a wide range of recreational opportunities.

UMHCS offers a highly competitive remuneration package, up to $210,000, including accommodation, vehicle and superannuation, for this position.

Applicants should possess the FRACGP (or be demonstrably working towards it or FACRRM), and be interested in working in a rural environment with a multi-disciplinary team committed to enhancing the health and wellbeing of the Upper Murray community.

We are seeking an experienced GP to conduct generalist health sessions. Practice nurse, drug and alcohol withdrawal nurses and generalist counsellor support available.
